FANTASY LAND

In the short film Fantasy Land, directed by Aitana Ahrens and produced by Kabiria Films, videomapping plays an essential role in the construction of a dystopian universe, where two young people wander through scenarios loaded with symbolism.

This innovative projection technique, applied in exteriors such as a cave and a water park, enhances the visual narrative by transforming these real spaces into dreamlike and disturbing landscapes.

The use of videomapping in this project requires a deep technical and creative knowledge, adapting to the specific characteristics of each location, from the irregular textures of the rock to the reflective surfaces of the water.

Using advanced video mapping tools, the projection interacts organically with the environments, reinforcing the dystopian imagery and enveloping the viewer in an immersive experience that challenges the limits of traditional perception.
