By exploring new forms of creation beyond the screen, I have taken my curiosity into territories where technology, art and body meet. My incursion into performance and the world of New Media opened the door to work with tools such as Arduino, TouchDesigner and MadMapper, which allow me to generate experiences in real time.
This language, so different from traditional cinematic time, fascinates me for its immediacy and capacity for direct interaction with the audience.
The world of New Media is especially stimulating to me because of its experimental nature and its room for trial and error, a freer and more intuitive form of creation that moves away from the rigid structures of conventional cinema. In this space, the exploration of the practical to the theoretical is something I feel comfortable with, constantly broadening my creative horizons.
Currently, my interest is focused on hybridizing elements of New Media with my film production, searching for a language that combines the narrative and the sensorial, the structured and the spontaneous, in order to continue expanding the possibilities of my artistic practice.
